Information Design for Federal Office for Agriculture
The Market Analysis Division of the Swiss Federal Office for Agriculture (FOAG) commissioned superdot to create a visual interpretation of the Swiss egg market. We received a huge amount of data and were relatively free in our visualisation.
At the heart of the infographic are the four steps of the value chain, which are depicted on white platforms.
Quantities and sizes can be presented clearly and attractively thanks to isometric illustrations.
Various ‘side stories’ take place on the yellow platforms.
The initial effort has paid off: the first poster, launched in 2017, has already been updated six times. It is available in the three national languages - German, French and Italian - as well as in English. Since 2020, the design is also featured in the social media campaign.
